We handle the paperwork, coordinate with your local city or county, and guide the permitting process from start to finish so you don't have to figure it out yourself.
We prep and pour your foundation — whether a concrete slab, pier, or block — so your home is placed on a solid, level base built to last. Cost varies by site and foundation type.
We connect your water, electric, and sewer hookups so your home is fully move-in ready the day we finish. No need to coordinate separate contractors for each service.
Step by Step

Choose from one of our signature models or work with us to customize your layout, finishes, and features. Every design is built around you — not the other way around.
Once you're happy with the design and quote, we sign the contract and collect a deposit (typically 20–30%). This officially kicks off your build and locks in your timeline. Any add-on services are confirmed and priced at this stage.
If you've added permit assistance, we get to work on your local permits right away — submitting documentation, coordinating with your city or county, and keeping things moving so there are no delays when your home is ready for delivery.
This is where the magic happens. We build your home ourselves — framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC — with quality inspections throughout. You'll receive updates along the way so you're never left wondering.
Your completed home is transported to your property via flatbed truck. We coordinate the delivery logistics and make sure everything arrives in perfect condition.
If you've added foundation prep, we get your site ready and place your home on a solid, level base. If you've added utility connections, we hook up your water, electric, and sewer so everything is live before we leave.
